Description
Broadly spreading deciduous tree. Holds onto its leaves during winter, dropping them just before attractive new spring foliage appears. Popular for formal trimmed hedges, but also makes a lovely specimen tree. It is an extremely hardy tree, making it a good choice for exposed conditions.
